CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 16-2020 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on August 24, 2020. Ord. 67-20 Execute the application for an accept the AFG Grant for the replacement of commercial laundry equipment for the Fire Department in the amount of $55,800 and declaring an emergency. Ord. 68-20 Master Supply Agreement with Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. d/b/a IGS Energy for competitive retail electric service and electric power for all municipal facilities and lights, from January 2021 to December 2024 and declaring an emergency. Ord. 69-20 Supplemental Appropriations Ordinance Ord. 70-20 Contractual Appropriations: $55,8000 for replacement commercial washers and dryers for Fire Department; $175,000 for Income Tax software (existing contract). Ord. 71-20 Non-Contractual Appropriations: $48,000 for boiler for Water Treatment Plant; $22,000 for natural gas house-piping work at sewer plant; $28,000 for HVAC components for sewer plant; $10,700 for Police MDTs; $15,000 for Park Site fixtures and amenities (waste receptacles); $40,000 for Gilbert Farms Park Walking Path; $12,500 for landscaping updates at Community Arts Center; $10,000 for filter media replacement at Water Treatment Plant; $14,850 for drainage improvements on Potomac Drive; $5,990 for replacement school flasher on Bibury Road. 8-28/2020
