CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO A RESOLUTION NO. 10484-20 DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF REPAIRING CURBS, SIDEWALKS AND DRIVE APPROACHES ON VARIOUS STREETS AS PART OF THE 2021 CURB, SIDEWALK & DRIVE APPROACH REPAIR PROJECT (PROJECT NUMBER 05-121) City of Kettering Resolution No. 10484-20 was duly adopted by the Kettering City Council at the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Road. The plans, specifications and estimates of cost are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council for inspection and examination by any interested person. Copies of the Resolution in the form in which it was read are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio.
