City of New Carlisle Proposed Income Tax Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Member of Council of City of New Carlisle, passed on 7/1/2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5TH day of November, 2019 the following question: Shall the Ordinance providing for the continuation of an existing 0.5% levy on income effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025 for the purpose of police expenses, be passed? Precincts affected: CARL 1, 2, 3 and Pike 1, split 3 10-21, 10-28/2019
