To file notice to contest, intervene or otherwise respond, you must notify The Clerk of Court for Georgetown County, as well as the Chief Administrative Judge for the Family Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, both at the Georgetown County Family Court, at 401 Cleland Street, Georgetown, South Carolina 29440 or mailing address P.O. Box 479, Georgetown, South Carolina 29442. All of the above-named must be informed, and must be kept advised, of your current address throughout the adoption proceedings. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED, that your failure to respond within thirty (30) days of this Notice of Adoption Proceedings constitutes your consent to this adoption and the forfeiture of all your rights and obligations with respect to the child who is the subject of this action. It is further alleged that your consent to this adoption is not required under S.C. Code Ann. Section 63-9-310 and that your parental rights should be terminated pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 63-7-2570 (7) GROUNDS. YOU ARE FINALLY NOTIFIED that this notice is given pursuant to the S.C, Code Ann. Section 63-9-730 (E).
