IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF CHILTON COUNTY, ALABAMA Case No.: JU-2021-000051.02 IN THE MATTER OF MAHAFFEY KYLE NATHAN ORDER IN THIS CAUSE it is made to appear to the Court by the Affidavit of Janisia Church, agent for the Chilton County Department of Human Resources. It further appears that the Petition alleges the said child to be dependent and in need of the protection of the State of Alabama. Therefore, the Petitioner is requesting the parental rights be terminated and permanent custody of the said child be vested in the State Department of Human Resources for adoptive purposes.
