LEGAL NOTICE AREA/DIMENSIONAL VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio 45040 on January 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2019-510, an application for a variance pertaining to property located along Lilac Drive, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 16154520122). The variance sought by the Applicant is to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution Table 4.09-A: Permitted Accessory Uses and Article 12 Definition of Building Accessory. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
