LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PURSUANT TO R.C. §163.07 Cross-Claim Defendants, AT THE END OF THE DAY, LLC, TERRY THOMAS, MICHELLE THOMAS, AND JONATHAN BRADLEY, will take notice that on June 12, 2023, Defendant Brandon McClure, filed a Cross-Claim being captioned "JANIS H. HAYES aka JANIS BRYANT v. AT THE END OF THE DAY, LLC, et al.," Case No. 2021 CV 04255 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio. The action seeks to quiet title relating to the property located at 1056 Cumberland Avenue, Dayton Ohio 45406 and damages caused by the Cross-Claim Defendants. Pursuant to Civil Rule 12(A)(1), Cross-Claim Defendants shall take further notice that it has 28 days after completion of the Service by Publication within which to answer or otherwise defend against Defendant's Cross-Claim. The original of any such answer or other pleading defending against Defendant's Cross-Claim must be filed with Mike Foley the Clerk of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, and whose mailing address is 41 N. perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422. A copy of the answer or other defensive pleadings much be served upon Defendant's attorney, Jonathan Hollingsworth of Hollingsworth & Washington, LLC, 6494 Centerville Business Parkway, Centerville, Ohio 45459. A failure to answer or otherwise defend within 28 days of completion of Service by Publication will result in Defendant, pursuant to Civil Rule 55, asking the court to grant default judgment against any person who fails to answer or otherwise defend.
