LEGAL NOTICE NO. 35 Notice is hereby given that Andrew T. Horner EVP for Business and Administrative Services, The University of Dayton being the owner, has made application to the Director of Public Works to occupy the road right of way of Stewart Street with a private fire line that connects directly to the University network. The work will directly benefit the following properties R72 03101 0039 and R72 03101 0032. The method of construction will be directional drilling or boring. The use of this method will avoid the need to open cut Stewart Street and will only require excavation at the proposed receiving and boring pits. Objections to this addition should be filed with said Director on or before Thursday May 26, 2022. Frederick M.
