LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on December 18, 2018, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 18-316, Creating the Tuttle Road Tax Increment Financing Incentive Districts; declaring improvements to the parcels within each Incentive District to be a public purpose and exempt from real property taxation; requiring the owners of those parcels to make service payments in lieu of taxes; establishing a Municipal Public Improvement Tax Increment Equivalent Fund for the deposit of those service payments; specifying the public infrastructure improvements that benefit or serve parcels in the Incentive District; and providing for compensation payments. Emergency Ordinance No. 18-326, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $87,200 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2018 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City; and declaring an emergency. Emergency Ordinance No. 18-336, Amending certain provisions of the Traffic Code and repealing corresponding sections; and declaring an emergency.
