LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on October 6, 2020, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 20-20-240, Approving an amendment to the existing OPD-H Development Plan located in the Derby Glen Village Subdivision to remove the requirement for installation of public sidewalks. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
