Legal Notice Notice to Cut Noxious Weeds and/or Uncontrolled Grasses Pursuant to Section 1482.10 of the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Vandalia, notice is hereby made for noxious weeds and/or grasses that are growing uncontrolled on lands within the limits of the City. Notice is hereby made to any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of any land upon which noxious weeds and/or grasses are uncontrollably growing that the same must be cut within five (5) days after this publication; further, that the same, shall be maintained to a height no greater than 8" and cut no less frequently than every thirty days during the growing season to prevent spreading or maturing of weeds without further notice of publication.
