LEGAL NOTICE Per the Ohio Revised Code 3309.345 the Fairfield City School District hereby serves notice of the school district's intent to re-employ the retired bus driver Anna Wilson, who seeks re-employment as a bus driver. A meeting to consider the District's intent to re-hire Ms. Wilson will be held on December 14, 2023 at 6:30 pm at Fairfield Senior High School, Fairfield, Ohio. This notice is provided at least 60 days prior to the date of the re-employment and the Board certifies that the public meeting required pursuant to Ohio law shall take place between 15 and 30 days before the re-employment.
