LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised that there will be a public hearing at the City of Mason Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio to review the following items: PC 2019-037 CP An application has been received requesting approval of a revised concept planned unit development plan for approximately 31 acres of land located at 710 Tylersville Road, the WLW tower property. The property is currently zoned I-PUD, Industrial Planned Unit Development and the revised concept plan for this development shows uses including office & retail space, restaurants, carwash, a mini-warehouse facility, and a daycare. Anyone interested in reviewing the above listed applications may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the City of Mason Engineering & Building Department, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, or may attend the September 3, 2019 Planning Commission public meeting. 8-18/2019
