Legal Notice the Middletown City School District Board

LEGAL NOTICE The Middletown City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Jean Foley-Obrebski, Surrogate Parent Advocate is seeking employment with the District in such position following retirement. Rebecca Rudd, 4th grade teacher at Miller Ridge will be seeking a tutor position within the district following retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the issue of Jean Foley-Obrebski and Rebecca Rudd being employed in the District before the Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. at One Donham Plaza, 4th Floor, Middletown, Oh 45042. Board action may be taken 15 to 30 days following this hearing 5-26, 6-1/2023
