Legal Notice the Springfield City Commission Passed

LEGAL NOTICE The Springfield City Commission passed the following legislation on March 14, 2023: Ordinance No. 23-80, Vacating the first alley north Edwards Ave from Henry St to the north right-of-way line of the DT&I Railroad. Emergency Ordinance No. 23-87, Providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum aggregate principal sum of $268,500 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters comprised in the 2023 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program at various locations throughout the City, and declaring an emergency. Copies of the foregoing legislation are available for public inspection in the Clerk of the City Commission's Office, City Hall, 76 E High St, Springfield, OH. Jill R.
