Mad River Township Proposed Tax Levy Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Mad River Township, passed on 12/2/2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 17TH day of March, 2020 the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Mad River Township (including The Village of Enon) for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, appliances, buildings or sites, therefor, or the purchase of ambulance equipment at a rate not exceeding 0.8 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.08 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2020, first due in calendar year 2021. Precincts affected: MR-1 thru MR-6, Enon 1 & 2 Run dates: March 6 & 13, 2019 3-6, 3-13/2020
