Massie Township Board of Zoning Appeals

Massie Township Board of Zoning Appeals is in receipt of a variance application regarding a home addition requiring a variance for building set back located at 1877 N. Clarksville Rd. The Board of Zoning Appeals will review the application at a public hearing on Thursday March 21, 2019 at 7:00pm located at the Massie Township Government Center; 10 N. Harveysburg Rd, Harveysburg, Ohio 45032. The nature of this variance is to construct an addition to the existing home. The home was originally built prior to the current zoning laws and regulations. Based on the location of the existing house, the new addition will be in violation of the required setbacks for the road frontage. This hearing will be open to the public and any members within Massie Township. 3-5/2019
