Notice is hereby given that the West Chester Township Trustees adopted the following resolutions at their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2019: Statutory Resolution No. 10-2019 agreeing to cooperate with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to meet the public interest demand for the construction of a sidewalk within the right of way on part of U.S. 42 within West Chester Township; Statutory Resolution No. 11-2019 agreeing to cooperate with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to meet the public interest demand for the construction of a sidewalk within the right of way on part of S.R. 747 within West Chester Township attest: Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer.
