Notice of Board of Directors Meeting

NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING FOR THE DAYTON REGIONAL ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Dayton Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "District") will hold a meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the Dayton Arcade, 35 W. Fourth Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The purposes of the meeting are to: (1) consider approving a supplemental plan for special energy improvement projects within the District; (2) consider authorizing the District to enter into various agreements related to financing the special energy improvement projects described in the supplemental plan to be considered; and (3) consider any other business which properly may come before the Board. 2-22/2023
