NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF THE HEART INSTITUTE OF DAYTON: Pursuant to ORC 1702.48, notice is hereby given that on December 31, 2019, The Heart Institute of Dayton, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, having its principal office in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, by resolution of its member, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution was filed by the corporation in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on or around December 18, 2019.
