NOTICE OF FISCAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RANDALL RESIDENCE NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY CITY OF CENTERVILLE, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Randall Residence New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold a regular fiscal and organizational meeting on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the Council Chambers of Centerville City Hall, 100 West Spring Valley Pike, Centerville, Ohio 45458. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to conduct the annual fiscal and organizational meeting of the Board; and (ii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 8-23/2019
