NOTICE OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION Notice is given that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the City Commission of The City of Springfield, Ohio, praying for the vacation of the first alley north of E Lansdowne Ave from Superior Ave east to the first north-south intersecting alley. A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:45 PM EDT, in the City Commission Forum, City Hall, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, to consider the vacation of said right-of-way.
