NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OHDA SUNNY MHP LLC vs. VICKIE LOVELY, et al Dayton Municipal Court Case No. 22 CVG 441, Execution No. E2300185, In pursuance of an order issued from Dayton Municipal Court, Montgomery County, State of Ohio, made AUGUST 24, 2023, and to me directed, I will offer for sale at Public Auction in Courtroom 1A of Dayton Municipal Court, 301 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio on OCTOBER 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. of said day, the following property, to wit: Manufactured home, which is further described as 1988 SCHULT (SER. M236551) currently located at 5147 SILVERDOME DRIVE, DAYTON, OHIO 45414 and various personal items located inside the manufactured home. Said property has been appraised at $19,700 and cannot sell for less than two-thirds of appraisement and is sold subject to prior liens. The terms of Sale shall be Cash. The appraisal is based upon a visual inspection of the property to which access was readily available. The appraisers assume no responsibility for, and give no weight to, unknown legal matters, including, but not limited to, concealed or latent defects, and/or the presence of harmful or said chemicals, pollutants, or gases. Purchaser has no right to maintain the manufactured home in the mobile home park without the operator's consent.
