Notice to Turtlecreek Township Residents The Board of Trustees Turtlecreek Township have adopted a resolution prohibiting parking on the cul-de-sac of Cold Springs Road in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County, Ohio and per Ohio Revised Code 505.17 permits a township to enact a regulation creating a no parking zone. The parking on the cul-de-sac on Cold Springs Road, in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County, Ohio, is prohibited. Said roadway shall be designated by the installation of traffic control devices posting No-Parking zone that conforms to Ohio Revised Code Section 4511.09. A complete copy of the adopting resolution is on file with the Turtlecreek Township Fiscal Officer for inspection by the public without charge. 9-11,9-18,9-25/2022
