PUBLIC/LEGAL NOTICE CASE NO. 18CR34726 Notice is hereby given that a Criminal Forfeiture was filed on November 13, 2018, in the above­referenced case number in the Warren County Common Pleas Court against certain property seized on June 11, 2018, by the Lebanon Division of Police. The forfeiture involves the following described property: U.S. Currency in the amount of $810.00. It is the intent of the Lebanon Division of Police to distribute the revenue in accordance with R.C. 2981.12 and R.C. 2981.13.
