Public Meeting Notice the City of Vandalia Planning
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to review Case PC 23-09, a request to consider a change of zoning as previously established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Vandalia. The request involves nineteen parcels totaling 126.812 acres +/-, located in the following locations: 810 Northwoods Blvd., 815 Foley Dr., Webster Street approximately 500 feet south of Park Center Blvd., the intersection of Old Springfield and Old Canal Roads, and the southeast end of Johnson Station Rd. As proposed, the subject properties would be rezoned from Agriculture (A), Residential Single-Family 3 (RSF-3), Gateway Business (GB), Highway Business (HB), Office/Industrial Park (O/IP), and Industrial (I) to the Public Facilities (PF) and Office Industrial Park (O/IP) Zoning Districts. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. Any interested party is invited to participate in the public hearing. Documents or other evidence submitted to the Board must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2023.
