Public Meeting Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to review Case PC 23-12, a request for amendments to the Zoning Code. The proposal would make various updates and clarifications to Chapter 1210 General Provisions, Chapter 1214 Review Procedures, Chapter 1220 Overlay Zoning Districts, Chapter 1224 Temporary Uses and Structures, Chapter 1238 Subdivision & Public Improvement Design Standards, and Chapter 1244 - Definitions. The amendments are proposed by the City of Vandalia. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 22, 2023. The public may request to view the application in the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at the City of Vandalia Municipal Building.
