PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HAMILTON "DRAFT" CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) A Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about July 30, 2019. The CAPER includes data on the expenditures of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Funds May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019. Citizens can examine the "Draft" CAPER at the City of Hamilton, Finance Department, Neighborhood Development Division, 345 High Street; 7th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 from July 12, 2019 through July 26, 2019.
