Public Notice for Ronnie C Hatton and/or other responsible persons for 2428 Valley Street, Riverside, OH 45404. The City of Riverside has declared the structure at the subject property to be a Public Nuisance by Condition. The owner and/or other responsible persons shall within fifteen (15) days after receipt of service of this notice cause the nuisance to be abated by repair, rehabilitation or removal of the structure. If action is not taken to abate the public nuisance, the City will demolish the structure at the expense of the owner. The owner and/or other responsible persons are hereby notified of the right to appeal such notice and the findings of the Zoning Administrator to the Property Maintenance Appeals Board by making a written demand to the Zoning Administrator within fifteen (15) days after receipt of service of this notice. If this notice and findings of the Zoning Administrator are not appealed, the Zoning Administrator's determination will be final.
