Public Notice Kettering 2023 Program Year Annual Action Plan Program Amendment The 2023 City of Kettering Annual Action Plan will be amended to reflect the reallocation of CDBG funds under Demolition and Acquisition to Public Facilities for the Cheerhart project. The funds will be used for the following projects: Cheerhart: $43,100 The City Council will address the amendment at the November 28, 2023 Council meeting after reviewing citizen comments. The city is seeking public comments regarding this program change. All information is available for public review and comment in the Kettering Planning & Development Dept., 3600 Shroyer Rd., Kettering, OH.
