PUBLIC NOTICE OF MAY 16, 2019 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE HAMILTON COMMUNITY AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hamilton Community Authority (the "Authority") will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019, commencing at 11:00 a.m. in City Council Chambers, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to consider a resolution approving the issuance of tax increment financing revenue bonds and related matters for the Champion Mill redevelopment; consider a resolution approving the issuance of community development charge revenue bonds and related matters for the Champion Mill redevelopment; consider a resolution approving the issuance of property assessed clean energy revenue bonds and related matters for the Champion Mill redevelopment; and consider any other business as may properly come before the Board. This meeting is open to the public. 5-10/2019
