PUBLIC NOTICE PHA Annual Plan The Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) has released its Draft FY23 Annual PHA Plan and 5Y Capital Fund Program (CFP) Action Plan. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft Plans and to attend a Public Hearing. The Plans can be found on GDPM's website at https://www.gdpm.org/ about/agency-plans/ . Please submit any comments in writing electronically at kpatrick@dmha.org by 4:00 PM, March 28, 2023. A Public Hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
