PUBLIC NOTICE This letter is to inform you of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday evening, June 4, 2019, at 6:30 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street. A letter has been submitted to the Board from Mr. James Lee Eversole of 180 Green Valley Drive. The property owner is requesting a variance for three feet in height for a detached accessory building in the rear of his property. Enon codified ordinance section 1167.04(d) states, "A detached accessory building shall not exceed one story or fourteen feet in height in any "R," "O," or "B-1" District; two stories or twenty-five feet in any other district.
