Pursuant to Section 117.38 of the Ohio Revised

Pursuant to section 117.38 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (EPC) has filed an annual financial report. The report has been filed electronically with the auditor of state and a copy has been retained by the fiscal officer of the EPC.
