The U.S. EPA Identification Number for this facility is OHD 004 274 031. Clean Water stores, treats, and reclaims multiple different types of wastes at this facility. This Class 3 Permit Modification will allow Clean Water to store and treat automotive restraint system components, air bags, seat belts, pretensioners, inflators, and modules at this facility. The final renewal permit authorizes CWE to store hazardous waste in containers, continue corrective action activities, and treat automotive restraint system components To issue this final Permit, Ohio EPA determined that the Permit application is complete and meets appropriate standards and that the applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency. This authorization is subject to all rules, regulations, and specified conditions.
