Project: Ainsley Project Location: 6369 & 6429 Mason Road, Mason Application of Title V Permit Texas Eastern Transmission-Lebanon 1157 State Rd 122 West, Lebanon, OH 45036 ID #: A0071948 Date of Action: 07/08/2022 Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) owns and operates a natural gas compressor station in Lebanon, Ohio. The Lebanon Compressor Station currently operates under Title V operating permit P0121267 effective January 5, 2018, and expiring January 5, 2023. In accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 3745 77-04(E), Texas Eastern is required to submit a Title V operating permit renewal application for the Facility no later than 180 days prior to the expiration of the existing Title V permit (i.e., July 9, 2022). 7-24/2022
