This permit modification transfers the permit from Clean Water Environmental, LLC to Valicor. Valicor will continue to operate the hazardous waste facility, which is permitted to store hazardous waste and treat automotive restraint system components. The EPA ID number for this facility is OHD 004 274 031. To issue this final Permit, Ohio EPA determined that the Permit application is complete and meets appropriate standards and that the applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency.
