The Jefferson Township Board of Zoning Appeals Will

The Jefferson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be meeting at a regularly scheduled meeting on May 16, 2019 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Jefferson Township Administration Building located at One Business Park Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45417. The Board of Zoning Appeals will be hearing two requests for variances. 7:00 PM - 8166 Farmersville West Carrollton Road: a variance request to reduce the side yard requirement for a proposed accessory pole barn. 7:30 PM 331 Calumet Lane: a variance request to increase the allowable accessory building size for a proposed storage shed.
