Ct. of Com. Pleas to felony Theft of Drugs, which violates ORC 4723.28(B)(4) & (5). On Jun. 18, 2020, OBN mailed the Order by certified mail to Ms. Nicholson's address of record listed above. Said delivery failed. Ms. Nicholson is notified that her Ohio nursing licenses, RN-284398; and PN-102647, are suspended. Ms. Nicholson may be entitled to an appeal. A Notice of Appeal setting forth the Order appealed from and the grounds for appeal must be filed with OBN and the Franklin Cty. Ct. of Common Pleas within 15 days after the last date of publication of this notice and in accordance with the requirements of ORC 119.12.
