Village of Clifton Proposed Tax Levy Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the of Village of Clifton, passed on 5/13/2019, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5TH day of November, 2019 the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Clifton, Counties of Clark and Greene, for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding 6.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.65 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2020, first due in calendar year 2021.
