There was not an inside inspection of the property and the sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property upon confirmation of the sale. An inside inspection will be available on the date of sale. TOTAL ADJUSTED VALUE OF USED HOME: greater than $3,000.00 MINIMUM BID: $0 TERMS OF SALE: 10% DOWN BY PERSONAL CHECK ON LOCAL BANK.
