CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., regarding P.C. 19-006 request of vacation of an 8' wide by approximately 187' long utility easement that primarily bisects the lot at 408 N. Claridge Dr, and crosses onto two other adjoining properties at 400 and 416 N. Claridge Dr. Planning Commission heard P.C. 19-006 on May 6, 2019 with recommendations to City Council that the requested vacation be approved.
