CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., regarding 19-005 Rezoning of Economic Development Overlay #15 Planning Commission heard P.C. 19-005 on May 6, 2019 with recommendations to City Council that the requested rezoning from EDO #15 zoning district to I-Industrial, O-Office, R-2 Neighborhood Residence, and R-4 Village Residence be approved.
