City of Kettering Public Hearing Planning Commission Notice

CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers in the Kettering Government Center at 3600 Shroyer Road, on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in regards to a request to vacate a 10' wide unimproved general utility easement that traverses east-west along the common lot line between 4418 Moraine Ridge and the vacant residential lot to the north, Kettering, Ohio (PC19-008). The easement to be vacated is part of a request to replat these two lots to adjust the lot line between the two properties. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input, review the requested vacation and make a recommendation to City Council regarding the request. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department.
