Public Hearing: Conditional Use Case: A request by applicant Dustin Hurley, on behalf of property owner Jezco, LCC, for Conditional Use approval for a solid waste transfer station at the property located at 2812 Oxford State Road, Middletown, OH 45044. The property is located in the I-2 General Industrial Zoning District where junkyards or salvage centers are considered a conditional use and require review and approval by the City Planning Commission. Public Hearing: Amendment to Final Development Plan: A request for amended Final Development Plan approval for Renaissance Subdivision II Section 13 by applicant Fischer Development Company. This section of the Renaissance subdivision is a total of 18 single family homes on a total of 5.401 acres. The amendment will be adding approximately 13 acres. This section is a part of a previously approved Preliminary Development Plan of the Renaissance subdivision. All interested individuals are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearings.
