Legal Ad: 22-8356 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN PLANNING COMMISSION The Middletown City Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located on the Lower Level of the City Building located at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, OH 45042. Public Hearing: Preliminary Development Plan & Map Amendment: A request by applicant National Land Partners, on behalf of the property owner Knapke Brothers for Preliminary Development Plan approval for a new subdivision that proposes 224 detached single-family homes with public streets. The properties are located at Parcel ID: Q6511072000005. Per the Butler County Auditor, the properties are a total of 95.5020 acres. If approved, as a part of the Planned Development process, the property would be rezoned to "PD Planned Development District" to acknowledge there is a development plan associated with the property. The project will also require review by the Middletown City Council. All interested individuals are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearings.
