LEGAL NOTICE AREA VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 August 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for a Variance to Table 6.01-A front yard setback in a residential district of the Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution, filed in Case # 2020-365. The subject property is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 15022520010 and is located at 6499 Snidercrest Road in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio 45040. Applicant is planning to expand the footprint of the house encroaching onto the required front yard setback. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
