LEGAL NOTICE City of Miamisburg Planning Commission 10 N. First Street Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Miamisburg on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR CHANGE TO THE COURSEVIEW AT PIPESTONE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL (PR) DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON CITY LOTS, PARCEL IDS K46 01422 0009, K46 01422 0023, K46 01422 0024, K46 01422 0025 AND K46 01422 0026 AND TO APPROVE THE COMPANION PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE ABERDEEN PLANNED RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION. This ordinance approves a major plan modification to the Courseview at PipeStone development which was originally approved in 2019. The site is located at 9547 Miamisburg-Springboro Road and southwest of PipeStone Golf Course. The new plan includes a mixture of "Lifestyle" (age-targeted, largely single-story) and "Traditional" (predominately two -story, non-age-targeted) housing unit types. There is a total of 133 proposed single-family lots spread over ~43 acres of land. NOTE: Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic and pursuant to Ohio HB 197, this Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually and will be hosted on Zoom and streamed on public access cable (Channel 5) and on the Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC) website.
