LEGAL NOTICE MAP AMENDMENT The Deerfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040 on January 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider an application for a map amendment, filed in Case # 2019-460. The subject property is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 1618200018 and is located at the northwest corner of Kings Island Drive and Kings Mills Road. The application requests to rezone the property from general business (G-B) to General Business Planned Unit Development (G-B) PUD. The applicant sought approval to allow the placement of one ground mounted sign for the camping ground/RV Park and outdoor activities. The Zoning Commission forwarded their recommendations to the Board of Trustees for a final decision. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
