LEGAL NOTICE MCCLUSKEY CHEVROLET VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio on April 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2020-89, an application for variance filed by Keith McCluskey, pertaining to property located along 1-71 North in the Kings Automall, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 1626199001). The variances sought by the Applicant are to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution: (i) Section 4.08 (5)(b) (Automotive Sales and Rental Use-Specific Standards); (ii) Section 9.05 (H) (Off premise signage requirements). The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
